Coach Alan O'Neill is expecting a big performance from his team in the National Championships this weekend. The team will overnight in Waterford on Friday night in the hope of being fresh and fit for Saturday's challenge. Alan plans to emulate the national victories of mentor and former school coach, Peter McDermott.
